We were tasked to completely transform this outdated 80βs townhouse. With worn features and a poor layout we transformed this property into a modern family home. We restructured and rebuilt almost every wall in the house, and by opening up the kitchen we allowed light to flood into the property. Light oak timber floors kept the house feeling cosy when coupled with a gas fire installation, which we encouraged the client to install.
A high level of detail was maintained externally with a fresh render and black aluminium windows to deliver a ultra modern look. The extension over the garage was also built with low maintenance in mind by using a composite cladding weatherboard system
